Sport is for everyone
This page is for those who realise that sport is about so much more than winning, drawing, or losing. For those that love and respect their game first, even if it means going against your own club or franchise.
I’ve been following footy (or soccer if you must) for over three decades now and North American sports about the same. From the first time I saw NFL on Channel 4, to the Channel 5 additions of Ice Hockey and baseball, to the Dream Team in the Barcelona olympics in ’92 I was hooked on all of it. I’ve played them all except Ice Hockey sadly, maybe one day although my I can hear my knees whispering “no”.
This website exists because sport is for everyone. It always has been and it always will be. The only thing I am intolerant of is intolerance.
Please be sure to check out the charity articles. I will not accept donations (that money was just resting in my account …) but I will happily help you to find non-profit organisations, especially where sports, minorities, and the most vulnerable are concerned.
I hope you enjoy the articles and also feel free to follow me at: https://substack.com/@betweentheselines for even more content.
